We only service all fireplaces that we have installed.
We ask that you please email us and give as much information as possible so we may best diagnose the problem. It is important for us to know if you have a wood-burning, gas, or electric fireplace. If you have photos of your fireplace or the problem area that you can attach, that is especially helpful. One of our trained fireplace technicians will review your service request and contact you within 24-48 hours.
Provide the best phone number where we may reach you, so we may contact you with any additional questions. If you can provide your original sales order or work order number, that will allow us to access your information more quickly.
Please be patient, as this is our busiest season, and we often become inundated with service requests.
