Our Fireplace Design Gallery is open by appointment only.

Appointment times will be available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4 pm. Please call the main store number and select option 1 to speak with a Fireplace Specialist and book your appointment. We ask that you try to limit your party to as few as possible to respect the space of others that may be in the gallery at the same time.

Please visit us at our downtown Cincinnati fireplace design gallery. There we can consult with you on your fireplace, outdoor grill, and outdoor fire feature questions. Our showroom is an inspirational experience that will allow you to fully envision our fireplace product in your home. Employees are always prepared during store hours to field phone inquiries and respond to emails.

PARKING: Metered parking is available on the streets. Valet parking is available in front of Saks 5th Avenue just south of 5th Street. Multiple garages are available within walking distance.
