But, like any quality product, regular care and maintenance are required to keep your new fireplace operating in the most efficient and beautiful way possible.

We are pleased to offer our Lifetime Warranty as an easy way to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase for years to come. We offer it at no charge to you. All we require is that you have us perform an Annual Check-Up on your fireplace each year.

For a nominal service charge, we will perform the basic functions recommended by all manufacturers to ensure the optimal performance of your fireplace.

CUSTOMER CONDITIONAL WARRANTY

Bromwell’s warrants that the unit purchased will be new, and that all installation work will be of good quality, free from faults and defects. All work not so conforming to these standards may be considered defective. Bromwell’s warrants that for the period the Customer owns the unit, after the date of completion of installation, the unit will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. If, during the period the Customer owns the unit, the unit is found to be defective, Bromwell’s shall correct it promptly after receipt of a written notice from Customer to do so. Customer shall give such notice promptly after discovery of the condition. All such defective or nonconforming work shall be corrected without cost to Customer except as provided below. The warranty provided herein by Bromwell’s is subject to, and conditioned upon, the following:

  1. Customer must exercise its option to have the unit serviced by Bromwell’s annually for an initial service charge of $125.00 per year (the annual service fee is subject to increase in Bromwell’s discretion, but not to exceed Bromwell’s standard service fee, presently listed at $125.00);
  2. Customer must, in fact, have the unit serviced by Bromwell’s annually and pay the applicable, standard service fee per year for such service;
  3. Customer must not abuse or damage the unit;
  4. The Unit must not be damaged as a result of a “Casualty.” For purposes of this warranty, “Casualty” shall mean any damage to the unit caused by weather, vandalism, malicious mischief, riots, war, insurrection or other reasons of like nature.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER, OR IN ANY WAY APPLY TO, THE UTILITY SERVICES (E.G. GAS LINES, ELECTRIC LINES) TO THE UNIT.
